The best way to avoid skin stress is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which would include practicing a daily skincare routine, drinking the recommended amount of water for your body, getting a good sleep each night, exercising often, and eating healthy! Other little tips we recommend is to wash your pillow cases often to make sure your skin is sleeping on a clean surface, and going into your favourite skoah shop for a monthly facial!
