Some ingredients have had a bad wrap. A good example of this is 'propylene glycol'. There is all sorts of information online that say this is antifreeze. That is actually not true. There are many different types and sources for propylene glycol. Ours comes from yams and a few other root vegetables depending on the time of year.

There is a completely different form of propylene glycol in antifreeze. It comes from a completely different source. To make it simple, it would be like saying "you put oil in salad"! But oil goes in your car. Clearly when we say 'oil' we are referring to two different sources of oil.
